The Polishing Touch Inc. was established in 1983.
Owner Rebecca Hardwick started cleaning houses while working as a babysitter in high school at age 16. She continued cleaning houses while working through college and has now been in the business for over 30 years.
Rebecca grew up in Edina, in a beautiful home that her parents worked very hard to achieve. She understands and respects how much effort goes into maintaining any home, especially larger ones. She applies this understanding in how she works with clients.
The Polishing Touch specializes in house cleaning. We clean in all of the South Metro, Hennepin County, Dakota County, Scott and part of Carver County in Minnesota. As a customer service oriented company, it is our main goal at The Polishing Touch to make sure that your home is taken care of. We return all calls promptly and all customers have Rebecca's personal cell number.
Personally handpicked from the local community by Rebecca, all of our highly trained staff at The Polishing Touch have been chosen for their quality and professionalism and go through a 2-3 week one-on-one training program. Additionally, they each undergo a stringent background check. We research all references. Employees speak English and will be able to communicate with you at all times about any aspect of your house cleaning. They will arrive in uniform and driving a company vehicle with the Polish Touch logo on it.
The Polishing Touch is insured and has been a Super Service Award Winner since joining Angie’s List in 2007. Rebecca goes to every house, personally, to give free estimates. Clients who refer us receive one of their next cleanings at half off!
